LNCU Starts The University－Enterprise Cooperation And Customized Training Plan
The mutual selection meeting of university－enterprises cooperation was held in the LNCU’ s lecture hall on June 23, 2017. 42 enterprises and over 1000 students attended the meeting. Until 5 p.m., nearly 95% of the students have been enrolled at the meeting.
The plan with LNCU’ s characteristic has been held for nine years. It aims to solve the problem of graduates' employment, to cultivate the right talents for the market and to send talents to the enterprises. Compared to last year, the enterprises were more strictly selected to attend the mutual selecton meeting. For instance, the qualification, the industry status and the reputation of the enterprises were paid more attention. Thus, 42 outstanding enterprises which could provide the stable and good platform of internship and employment for the students were chosen to attend the meeting.
The mutual selection meeting of this year bought us so many surprises. Some enterprises at the meeting have cooperated with LNCU for more than 5 years. Some enterprises have set up scholarships to attract suitable talents.
The plan has formed a unique education mode which LNCU has insisted on for many years. In order to meet the enterprises’ demand, LNCU sends talents to the enterprises every year and builds an effective platform for the enterprises and the students, which reflects the win-win cooperation between the enterprises and the university and aims to provide the suitable candidates for the employment.
